“After my fine experiences at the Opening Concert of the Festival Internacional de Órgão e Música Sacra (FIOMS) 2024 I do assess this festival very high. 

There is a large variety of concerts, organ solo concerts, with other instruments, but also concerts with great sacred works with choir, soloists and orchestra. Porto and its near surroundings do possess an amazing range of interesting organs, as well historical as modern, from small baroque till large scale symphonic instruments. 

The enthusiasm of the audiences is coherent with the enthusiasm of the Festival Staff. Remarkable to experience how many young people attend the concerts in this Festival. The range of the offered musical idiom is so wide, that many different music lovers find something to their liking.

The organisation has a very high, professional quality level and can measure itself with the most prominent international organ festivals!”
